Algernon William John Clotworthy Skeffington (28 November 1873 – 20 July 1956), 12th Viscount Massereene and 5th Viscount Ferrard from 1905, was an Ulster Unionist politician who sat on the London County Council.

The eldest son of Clotworthy John Skeffington, 11th Viscount Massereene, he succeeded his father in 1905.

He entered the army in 1895, and served with the 17th Lancers, and retired from the army in 1907, having served in the Second Anglo-Boer War. He served again as an officer with the North Irish Horse, a Territorial Force unit, in World War I.

In 1913 he was elected to the London County Council as a Municipal Reform Party councillor representing Camberwell, Dulwich, holding the seat until 1919.

He was subsequently a member of the Senate of Northern Ireland from its formation in 1921 until 1929, and was deputy leader throughout that period.
